Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. Refer to: Brake and Clutch Systems Health and Safety Precautions (100-00 General Information, Description and Operation).
  1. Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04A Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

Refer to: Brake Caliper - Detach from the wheel knuckle (206-03 Front Disc Brake, Removal and Installation).

  1. NOTE: Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

    Material : Metal Brake Parts Cleaner / PM-4-A, PM-4-B

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
