Removal
WARNING:

NOTICE:
Adequately protect all glass, exterior finish and interior trim from contamination during entire repair procedure.

Remove and discard.

At the body-to-liftgate hinge.

: Spot Weld Drill Bit

Leave as much foam as possible intact on the roof bows.

Installation
NOTICE:
Adequately protect all glass, exterior finish and interior trim from contamination during entire repair procedure.

Level weld nuggets, remove sealer.

Level weld nuggets, remove sealer.

Remove e-coat where indicated.

: Metal Bonding Adhesive

NOTE:
Do not remove excess adhesive. Smooth in to seams to act as a sealer.

Prime with a Ford approved primer.

Refinish the repair area exterior using a Ford approved paint system and typical refinishing techniques.

Install
butyl mastic pads (obtain locally).
