Clutch Housing

DISASSEMBLY

  1. NOTE: The lube feed tubes will need to be broken to remove the bearings.

  1. NOTE: If the clutch housing output shaft bearing is broken, use the next size larger special tool.

    Special Tool(s) : 100-001 (T50T-100-A) Slide Hammer
  1. Special Tool(s) : 205-153 (T80T-4000-W) Handle , 307-678 Remover, Bearing Cone

ASSEMBLY

  1. NOTE: If new differential bearings, differential, clutch housing or transmission case are installed refer to the differential shim selection.

    Refer to: Transmission (307-01 Automatic Transmission - Vehicles With: 6-Speed PowerShift Transmission - DPS6/6DCT250, Assembly).
  1. Special Tool(s) : 205-118 (T77F-4222-A) Differential bearing cap installer , 307-671 Installer, Axle Seal , 204-594 Forcing screw
  1. Special Tool(s) : 307-679 Installer, Countershaft Needle Bearing
  1. Special Tool(s) : 307-671 Installer, Axle Seal , 205-153 (T80T-4000-W) Handle
