Flexplate

Removal

  1. Refer to: Transmission (307-01 Automatic Transmission - Vehicles With: 6-Speed PowerShift Transmission - DPS6/6DCT250, Removal).

Installation

  1. Finger tight.
  1. Install Special Service Tool : 303-103 (T74P-6375-A) Holding Tool, Flywheel
  1. Torque :
      Stage 1:  30 Nm
      Stage 2:  Tighten an additional 80 °
  1. Remove Special Service Tool : 303-103 (T74P-6375-A) Holding Tool, Flywheel
  1. Refer to: Transmission (307-01 Automatic Transmission - Vehicles With: 6-Speed PowerShift Transmission - DPS6/6DCT250, Removal).
  1. After completing the repairs, perform the Misfire Monitor Neutral Profile Correction procedure.
