Removal

1. Refer to: Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate - 1.6L Duratec-16V Ti-VCT (88kW/120PS) - Sigma (308-01A Clutch - Vehicles With: 5-Speed Manual Transmission - B5/IB5, Removal and Installation).
   

Installation

1. Finger tight.
   

1. Install Special Service Tool : 303-103 (T74P-6375-A) Holding Tool, Flywheel

1. Torque :
     Stage 1:  30 Nm
     Stage 2:  Tighten an additional 80°

1. Remove Special Service Tool : 303-103 (T74P-6375-A) Holding Tool, Flywheel

1. Refer to: Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate - 1.6L Duratec-16V Ti-VCT (88kW/120PS) - Sigma (308-01A Clutch - Vehicles With: 5-Speed Manual Transmission - B5/IB5, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Perform the Misfire Monitor Neutral Profile Correction procedure.
