Generator - 1.6L EcoBoost (132kW/180PS) - Sigma

Removal

  1. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview (100-02 Jacking and Lifting, Description and Operation).
  1. Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect (414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables, General Procedures).
  1. RH Refer to: Headlamp Assembly (417-01 Exterior Lighting, Removal and Installation).
  1. If equipped.

  1. NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

    Torque : 25 Nm

Installation

  1. Torque : 10 Nm

  1. NOTE: Install the nut and bolts finger-tight before torquing.

    Torque : 48 Nm
  1. If equipped.
  1. Torque : 15 Nm
  1. RH Refer to: Headlamp Assembly (417-01 Exterior Lighting, Removal and Installation).
