09/26/2004 Baltimore & Ohio RR bridge, Elkridge, MD

Coming back from a B&O RR HS Archives sorting session, I decided to swing by the old B&O Bridge which passes over Rte. 1 about 3/4 of a mile from the Thomas Viaduct on the Washington Branch. This bridge still bears the lettering "BALTIMORE & OHIO" and the Capitol Dome logo on the West side of the bridge. Here is a link to a map of the area.
