Removal
NOTE: Note the position of the components before removal.
NOTE: A small amount of adhesive is applied between the Z-washer and the bearing surface to aid factory assembly. This is normal and not required in service during a repair.

NOTE: Make sure that the components are installed to the position noted before removal.
NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

NOTICE: The clutch actuator motor splines must be aligned with the clutch actuator and the motor must be flush to the transmission clutch housing before tightening the clutch actuator fasteners to specification. Failure to follow this notice will result in damage to the acutator and motor.
Torque : 19 NmNOTE: Make sure that the installation marks are aligned.
NOTE: Make sure that the components are installed to the position noted before removal.
NOTE: Make sure that the classification of the components correspond with each other.
NOTE: Make sure that the spring is correctly located in the lower spring seat.
NOTE: In some instances, the spring may be able to be rotated in the lower spring seat prior to installation. This will not cause any functional issues and may be reused during reasembly.
NOTE: Install all the bolts finger tight before final tightening.
