The Georgetown Branch: Gallery: Painting the layout room

01/02/2004- I finished patching the holes in the walls and painted the walls white with sealant. I wore a respirator and made sure there was plenty of ventilation this time - the stuff reeks! I was pleased enough with the results to not do a second coat. I just don't think it's worth it at this time. Eventually, when we move out, we'll have to plug some holes in the walls and that will be the time to do a second coat and address any issues I might have w/ the wall. Sorry the pics aren't that great - it's hard to get a good view w/ all the junk in the room!

Corner w/ the Gas Meter. The walls are a little "stripey" but overall it's a GREAT improvement. Again, I'm going to wait for the second coat. With the layout up you will only see a small portion of the walls, most will be blocked!
